Theological Training for Christlike Character
The Forge is a course created by partnership between three churches: Centre Church Droitwich, Woodgreen Church Worcester, and Grace Church Kidderminster. It's designed for anyone who would like to dig deeper into the core doctrines of the Christian faith in order to grow in their love for God and all he has done through Jesus. This is not 'dry theology', but an opportunity to mine the riches of scripture in a way that leads to praise and worship. Our hope and prayer is that those attending will grow in Christlike character and be better equipped to serve in their local church.
We're delighted that Paul Mallard will be involved as our main teacher - Paul works for the FIEC as their local director for the West Midlands and chairs their theological team. He has a wealth of experience delivering accessible biblical training in a variety of contexts, and has written numerous books including most recently An Anchor For The Soul, and Learning to Lament.
